Our Private Client Fees
We offer a fixed price fee for single hearing matters in the Magistrates Court, whether that is for a motoring, or criminal matter, and that fee is £600 plus VAT for a single hearing. (If for any reason any expert evidence / report was needed in your case the cost of that would be in addition to our fees)
All of our solicitors have the Law Society Criminal Law Accreditation.
In circumstances where legal aid is not available then we will provide you with a costed estimate for private fees to represent you and we are always happy to discuss such fees ahead of you instructing us to act, so that you have clear information about what is involved in instructing CDA on a private client basis.
The fixed fee covers the following work:

- Confirming your instructions and our advice in writing
- Keeping you informed and updated throughout your case, by letter and telephone
- Attending upon you at the hearing of your case
- Representing you at your hearing
